2,500 word feature on the growth of English Futsal is now live!

After almost two months of working on this story I am proud to share with you my feature article titled: "English Futsal: What is causing this meteoric growth?"

It has been a great experience being allowed to write creatively on a subject that is important to so many people across the country. I have interviewed some incredible people who have helped the sport grow to where it is today and without their contributions, this piece would not be possible.

Over the course of this journey I have learned so much about the topic of futsal and seen how engrained it is into the lives of people deeply involved. At times I have found myself amazed with the information I have received and although everything may seem perfect from the outside looking in, there are a lot of imperfections that have held back the progress of those involved.

The community of futsal has played such an important role in this piece. The willingness of those in my article to be involved cannot be downplayed. As a journalist, I am use to waiting days and weeks for interviews but everyone I reached out to had replied about their eagerness to be involved within the same day.

Although my time focused on this piece has come to an end, I would like to let you all know that I will be continuing to post regularly on this site and help the sport gain more recognition in its ongoing battle against the scarce publicity.
